Concentrates on just a couple of families! Very limited history beyond just a few people.
It starts out really good but peters out at the end. Seems to be more about Memorial High School Basketball thank anything else.
I met Mr. Slaughter. A very pleasant person. His book is perfect for Spring Branch
I found two of my ancestors in there!
Wonderful pictures, however, there is not much written history to go along with the pictures.I recently moved out of Spring Branch and purchased a copy for my children since they were born and spent their early childhoods in the area. I felt like I was looking through a photo album, there was not much written about the background and history of the area.
This was a collection of family photos with little variety and reasoning.
this book is about where I live...very interesting pictorial history of the area...fun to read about people and families that I know and love
